Magnus Bilke is the founder of DONE!Financials and the accounting brain of the company, which supports startups, scale-ups, and mid-sized businesses with interim accounting and operational bookkeeping. Over more than 24 years in accounting, he worked his way up from a tax advisory apprentice to CFO and Head of Accounting at Berlin growth companies such as Fyber, Treatwell, and Medici Living before founding DONE!Financials in 2020. For Magnus, accounting is not a tedious duty but a discipline with real entrepreneurial impact — a passion for numbers that drives him to always find the most pragmatic solution. He is no stranger to the Accounting Summit, having taken the stage as a speaker several times before.
