Alexander Wulf
EQQO
Alexander is Group CFO of EQQO Group, one of the largest private infrastructure service providers for municipalities, public enterprises and companies in Germany and the Netherlands and the first circular provider to bring road sweepings back into the cycle as a valuable secondary raw material.
He has extensive experience in auditing and consulting at the ‘Big Four’ auditing firm KPMG and as a C-level of group and private equity portfolio companies in various industries. He primarily focussed on companies under great pressure to change, e.g. as turnaround or growth cases for private equity portfolio companies.
At EQQO, he is responsible for the areas of finance, legal, IT, HR and M&A and thus, in his opinion, the most critical ‘enablers’ for a company transformation. In this role, the CFO lays the foundations for the further expansion and development of the company. He does this in different and changing roles, from far-sighted planner to disciplined, short-term implementer who utilises the available technologies and resources in a targeted manner.
