Ariane Michaelis is Head of Finance at Netto Deutschland (part of Salling Group), where she oversees Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, and Tax, holding overall responsibility for the company’s financial management and integrity. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at THE KADEWE GROUP GmbH, where she led the finance function during a complex transformation and insolvency process. Her expertise includes financial reporting under HGB and IFRS, process and systems optimization, as well as leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
