My name is Mona and I am an experienced executive in Finance Operations and Shared Services. Since April 2023, I have been leading the Finance Shared Service Center of IFCO Systems and, in my role as Managing Director of IFX Corporate Services, I am responsible for central control and the development of efficient, scalable processes. I previously worked at Zalando as Senior Lead Finance Operations and led international teams in finance, controlling, HR and transformation at Bombardier for over ten years.
I have extensive experience in transition of processes and building central service units, combined with a strong focus on accounting, process harmonization and change management. I have an MBA in International Management and a BBA in International Economics.
