Ole Faulstich

Ole Faulstich is Head of Controlling and has many years’ international experience in finance, controlling and corporate management. Prior to his current role, he spent several years as a Senior Finance Manager, where he was responsible for strategic finance matters, reporting, forecasting and the financial management of complex business units. In recent years, he played a key role in guiding CHINT’s transformation from a dynamically growing start-up into an internationally positioned scale-up, and contributed to the establishment of scalable financial structures, management processes and reporting standards. Today, he is driving the further development of Controlling as a data-driven business partner and is responsible for finance transformations, automation and the optimisation of planning and reporting processes. His areas of expertise lie in combining operational financial management, digitalisation and strategic corporate development, as well as in establishing modern, data-driven management models. Drawing on his experience in high-growth companies, he combines pragmatic implementation skills with a clear focus on sustainable value creation and performance management.
