Richie (Richard) Bielau, 31 years old, is a moderator and host from Hamburg with roots in Saxony-Anhalt. His path to the stage began unconventionally through breakdance battles and hosting dance events. It was here that he discovered the power of a good moderation to unleash energy – a passion that still drives him today.
Before transitioning into moderation, he produced report-style content for various companies on YouTube, including self-experiments, interviews, and vlogs. Sharing stories and having genuine conversations is something he holds particularly dear.
Since 2022, he has worked as a moderator, leading projects for well-known companies such as Sparkassen, Vattenfall, Stepstone, IRONMAN, and the Deichtorhallen Hamburg.
