Verena is a Director in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services team at PwC Germany. For many years, she has supported companies in establishing consolidation and corporate reporting processes, as well as integrating new regulatory requirements (such as IFRS 18) into these frameworks. Verena is also responsible for managing PwC Germany’s collaboration with Lucanet AG.
