Marina Meyer

Marina Meyer has turned her enthusiasm for numbers into her profession. With almost 20 years of experience in controlling at international industrial companies - most of this time with a private equity background - she has developed a broad profile and feels at home in all areas of controlling. Her expertise was also always in demand in strategic and global projects: with topics such as the implementation of ERP tools, M&A deals and restructurings to the implementation of exit strategies, there was rarely a dull moment. In 2021, she switched to the start-up world, where she contributes her experience in building finance teams. She is currently the full-time head of finance at TCC GmbH. In this dynamic environment, Marina is responsible for accounting and controlling, establishes finance processes, secures funding and actively shapes the company's strong growth. Marina also advises companies of all sizes on controlling issues and has defined the support of female founders in particular as her favourite topic.
