Carina started her professional career in tax consultancy and auditing. She can look back on almost 15 years of professional experience. In 2016, she moved from consulting to industry, where she has held various positions at companies ranging from start-ups to family businesses and corporations. Carina is currently Head of Accounting for the DACH region at Douglas.
Carina focuses on modern ways of working. One of her flagship projects over the past two years has been optimizing the fast-close process. She is driven by progress and collaboration with others—the cornerstones of successful transformation. In addition, she serves as a sparring partner and consultant in the development of scalable financial processes.
