SZO Process & People

As founder and managing director of SZO Process & People GmbH, a specialized interim management firm, he bridges leadership vacancies and leads complex transformation projects in finance organizations. With 37 years of international leadership experience at Bayer, including roles as CFO & CAO in South America and as global process owner, he possesses deep expertise in shared services, accounting, and M&A integration. Most recently, he was responsible for the accounting integration of the Monsanto acquisition. Since founding his firm, he has successfully moderated a company sale, supported leading consultancies, and served as interim finance director for a corporate group. His entrepreneurial activities are complemented by the founding of NgenLab Germany GmbH (biotech veterinary medicine) and his election as chairman of the supervisory board of Success for Solutions AG.
