I started my professional career in the public sector. After my further training, I looked for a way into the private sector and can look back on a varied and exciting three years. I was promptly thrown in at the deep end across all operational accounting units and took on my first role as a manager. I am currently Team Lead Accounting DACH at Douglas. As a manager, I place great value on open communication and want to work with the entire team to develop optimal solutions for the future. I am driven by working with people to start the working day with fun and enthusiasm, even in difficult times.
